Color rules not flowing to chart legend

Im seeing a wierd issue where I have a color rule on my card, but the legend doesnt seem to be updating to the new color. It holds the color of the default that the card was auto generated with. There is no logic on the color rule, just for this variable use this color. I tried hiding and then opening the legend, saving etc and it doesnt pick up the new color from my rule.
