Custom app fed by DOMO Webform

Hello.

I've created an app that works as a timer from a given date up to the actual date. It displays in years, months, days, minutes and seconds.

I hardcoded the dates from which it makes its calculations, but I want to be able to set up a webform where I type the date and it passes that parameter onto the javascript code that generates the clock function.

I attach a zip file with my files so far (dwa-dataset.zip), and another with the actual working app that is up in DOMO (days-without-accidents.zip).
