QuickBooks - Profit and Loss Budget vs Actual report whole year instead of year-to-date? (WB 4.0.6)

In Workbench 4.0.6, is it possible to set the Quickbooks "Profit and Loss Budget vs Actual" report to display data for every month in the year, instead of just the year to date?
