Changing default dataset owner in WB

We currently have a number of jobs running in Workbench, that are updating datasets in Domo. The Domo user account that's assigned by default as the owner of that dataset is going away, and I'm wondering how to change the default user accout assigned as the owner of the datasets when they're updated. I went through and changed the owner on all the datasets that listed her as the owner, but the updates are changing them back.
