Custom Connector- Survey Monkey

I am struggling with building a Custom Connector for SurveyMonkey. It appears to be an issue with Additional Authorization Parameters. Response is that a parameter is unsupported but if I change the order of the parameters (URLEncoded) a different error shows. Was wondering if anyone else expeienced this issue with other connectors.

    Out of curiosity, what is wrong with the one currently available?

    SurveyMonkey released a new version of the api,  "end_created_at" and "start_modified_at" are not built in to the Domo connector.
