beast mode to show how many updates every 6 hours

Hi everyone,

I was hoping to get some assistance on creating a beast mode please.

We have a data set that calculates how many updates a ticket has from when a ticket is open to close.

And now we are trying to get a more precise count on when those updates are taking place. We are trying to get a count on how many updates a ticket has every 6 hours until the ticket is closed.

We have an update count measure that we use but don't know how to use that to calculate when those updates were taken place in the age of the ticket.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi @Abe are you looking to select an hour or want to know updates every hour?

Hi @DashboardDude , thank you for the assistance.

We are looking for how many updates on the ticket for every 6 hours. so if a ticket has been open for 42 hours, we would like to see how many updates were on the ticket for the first 6 hours, then we would like to get the data for how many updates for the next 6 hours and so forth. This would not be a total sum adding from the previous 6 hours or so. We are just looking for a count of updates that were taken for that 6 hours span. So there would be 7 results showing.

@Abe and just checking, you have timestamps of updates right? Can you show me a log of a ticket and its updates?

Yes, we do have time stamps. we do have measures for start time and end time in a different data set.
