How to create a custom roleto edit cards/dashboards, but only view (not edit) dataflows and datasets

I want to grant some users access to maintain and update their dashboards, and the ability to view the datasets and dataflows. I don't want these users to edit the dataflows or datasets because they feed several other dataflows and dashboards, but in the edit role data grants, I only see "Manage" or "Edit", no "View" level of access for Datasets and Dataflows.
Thanks, Sarah

There are not separate grants to view datasets and edit datasets…yet. I know @DanBrinton is exploring it. For now what you can do it set them up as a visualization editor. They can create and edit cards and dashboards without accessing the datasets in the data center. When they go to create a card, they will be able to search for and select the data to use:
Then in analyzer view, they can toggle between "Visualize" and "Data" to see the dataset they are working with.

@SarahR365 That is the view as user/view as role idea and I have actually seen a preview of this and it is going to be awesome! Not sure on release timeline yet but @DanBrinton is working on it.
Here is what we use for the Viz editor role:
And the API grant, in my opinion should be turned off, thanks for getting me to review it and realize that that should not be enabled.

Thanks @ColemenWilson . I'd definitely be interested to know what comes out of @DanBrinton's exploration. Also, is there a way for admin's to log-in as another user to test out the access and see how they see things?

Also @ColemenWilson if you could share what grants you recommend for a "Visualization Editor" role that would be super helpful!
