Update to Domo University Experience

We’ve released a new Domo University experience! The Domo University landing page has been updated to include: 

  • A clear path for new users to get started with their learning journey. 
  • The ability to quickly find a relevant set of courses based on a user’s role in Domo. 
  • Visibility into what courses a user is actively working on, and what course to start next. 
  • Easy access to newly added courses. 
  • Easy access to the calendar of live public training courses. 

The new user path will allow a user to enroll in a series of our fundamental Domo courses with a single click, guiding them through their core learning experience. 

Similarly, the Find Courses by Role path will allow users to enroll in the right set of courses for their Domo role with a single click.  

We hope these adjustments will make it easier for users to find meaningful training options, keep moving on the right path toward expertise in key areas for their roles, and onboard new Domo users within their organization.

    So there seems to be an issue in at least some of the Domo university classes. I wanted to 'retake' some of the lessons, and indeed there is a Button that says 'Retake the lesson' on the specific lesson page, but when I click on it, I can't go anywhere. I just get the 100% in the upper right, and also the "Next Lesson" link above that.

    The lesson modules also store how much progress you made with in that individual module. When you re-enter the module, it remembers that you already clicked through all the pages of that module and you will find yourself on the last page. You can use the menu in the top left corner to navigate to a specific page (including the start), or you can use the left arrow to cycle back through pages, if you'd prefer.

    ok thanks, your method works, but the below image is confusing… cause it actually does not take you anywhere to retake the lesson. it takes me to a page with no arrow on the right-side to go thru the lesson again.

    The arrow isn't on the right because that is the last page of the lesson module. You can only go back from there. But you can use that menu in the top-left to jump back to the introduction and start it again. Does that make sense?

    Yes, I can get back now… The confusion was really in the "Retake the lesson" link going to a page w/o any direction to the user on what to do….So you have cleared up how I can get back to retake a lesson, thanks

    And not having the window fully open… I didn't realize that was a menu in the upper left until you pointed it out
