Does anyone know the best steps to create users via workflow from Salesforce connector?

    Well, Workflows are certainly capable of adding users in Domo. That's really simple.

    As far as the trigger - what tells the Workflow to add the user, you've got a couple of options:
    1 - Use the SFDC connector to pull in a user list and create an alert when a new record is added, and have that alert trigger the Workflow to create the user.
    2 - Create a trigger in SFDC, so when a new user is created it sends a Webhook which acts as the trigger for the Workflow which creates the user.

    The first option is a little simpler (although still very simple), the second option is more efficient.

    I might suggest the "Getting Started with Workflows" course at LearnDomo.Domo.com. It's free, you can complete it in about 2 hours (spread up in as short as 5 minute chunks) and by the end you'll have deployed and ran 3 Workflows as well as heard tons of use cases.

    You are wanting a Salesforce app, to kickoff a workflow in Domo that creates new Domo users? Did I understand that correctly?

    @DanHendriksen - More so the connector.. or even pulling over raw data from salesforce (new person is seen on the list so user is added).. is something like this even possible with workflows?
