Page and card filters

I have three cards on one dashboard. I want to create a page and card filters and make them accessible to users. I can have the page filters done correctly but I am having issues with the card filters. Is there a simple way to create card filters and page filters on cards and make both accessible on the dashboard view? Better still, can card filters be permanent without using the analyzer?

Yes to all of your questions! You can either use Filter Views, Filter Cards on your page, or filters on the cards themselves (Quick Filters).
