View & use all the ETLs and datasets created by different users

Options

Say my team has 3 people, each of us has an individual DOMO account. We import/cloud amp datasets and use those dataset in ETLs on our own account.

But if my teammate needs to use a dataset or an ETL that I have already created, I have to manually shared with them as co-owner.

Is there a way that all of us can see and use dataset/ETL created by others?

The Manage DataSet grant will allow the user with that grant to see all datasets in the instance:

If you only want them to see certain datasets created by certain users, you could use a workflow to share the datasets created by those users.

Once workspaces are available you'll be able to place the datasets into a workspace to give access to that group.

You can bulk share datasets (up to 50 at a time) with users. You could create a group with those 3 users, and then as an admin, filter in the datasets section to datasets owned by them and then bulk select and share with that group so they all have access. So you don't share the same datasets over and over you can tag datasets that have been shared already.

These are the first things that popped into my head, hopefully there is a better way someone else has come up with!
