User Submissions to Brick Not Saving to Collection

We've created a Brick that allows inline editing/writeback. It allows me to successfully submit new rows to the related collection but other users who have access to the Brick via the app are not able to successfully submit new rows to the collection. I've shared edit access on the collection itself and we also have PDP enabled on the collection. What other settings do we need to check or adjust to ensure other users submissions are captured? Or is this potentially a bug in the brick itself?
