My pivot card has this red warning in the header, but when I export to excel there is no warning

My pivot card has this red warning in the header, and the users have the following filters: Year, Season, Category. When I export the entire card into excel (bottom screen shot), as expected I get the red warning (Warning: Not all the data is shown) in the first row of the excel file.

When I filter the card (Ex: 2024, Spring, "All" Categories) and export it to excel, the red warning persists in the card, but the warning is not in the first row of the excel file, or at all (4100 rows in excel), and when validated the excel file does contain all of the expected data.

My question is, if when exported to an excel file, there is no warning in the first row of the excel file (Warning: Not all the data is shown), does that mean that all of the data is in fact there and I can ignore the red warning in the card before export?

If you are not seeing the warning in Excel then you can assume all the data was exported. You can refer to this KB article about limits on exporting and how it pertains to pivot tables as it counts the dataset rows and not the ultimate pivot table rows.
