Legacy Plug in for Excel

I am currently using the Legacy PowerPoint Plug in and the Choose Page and Refresh Cards option has recently stopped working. I am connected to our DOMO account in PowerPoint but when I select either Choose Page and Refresh Cards it does not work. Any ideas how to trouble shoot. All I get is the Getting Pages… window when I select Choose Pages and nothing happens. When I select Refresh Cards I get the loading.. window and nothing happens. My IT department has not approved me to download the Domo for office Add in so I need to stay with the Legacy. Thank you.
