AI Marketing Agent Issues
I built out the AI Marketing Agent following the instructions from the "AI Academy: Episode 2 - Your Marketing Agent Has Entered The Chat" webinar and have been encountering some issues.
When I test the Agent within the workflow, I've noticed inconsistent returns when different customer segments are selected. The output will return a completed email body and subject for some, and an error message for others, seemingly at random. A selected customer segment will give a successful output during one test and then fail during another.
When I deploy the workflow, it's been failing consistently at the AI Agent step. Each time, the exact output is different, but it is consistently a query error.
I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this issue and knew the best way to get it resolved.
