Has anyone found smartsheet formatting that creates an error when loading to Domo?

I am trying to use the Smartsheet connector to load a single sheet of data in Domo and I get this error: "Failed to execute import successfully." I can load a different sheet without issues, and I can load in the column data for the sheet I want, so I am wondering if there is some sort of formatting or column type that is causing the connector to break for this particular sheet.

I don't have a lot of experience with the Smartsheet connector, but according to the FAQ in the knowledge base it says:

Can this connector pull custom fields?

The connector can pull your Smartsheet spreadsheets as they exist in Smartsheet. Ensure that the spreadsheets are formatted using the best practices for normalized data.

Troubleshooting

Be aware that some "User" reports are available only to Team or Enterprise edition accounts.

Maybe the issue is related to the type of report or the structure of the data

I use the Smartsheet connector heavily at my org and haven't had issues. Are you using the report "Sheets - Single Sheet"? Have you ensured that the sheet is shared with the user you are using to connect to Domo? When you view your sheet in grid view in Smartsheet do you notice any strange formatting? Have you altered your primary column in the sheet in anyway?
