User access not working
I created a user and the user keeps getting the error: User is not assigned to this application.
I tried recreating her account yet still get the same error. I created another user and that user can login without any issue.
Am I missing something? Is there something the user needs to check on her end? Any answer is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Are you talking about adding the user to you Domo instance? Or adding the user to an app? The error sounds like a configuration or permission issue with authentication.
• Are both user's on the same allowable domain (same email company)?
• Does the activity log (Admin > Activity Log) show you any details?

This is an SSO issue. How have you configured SSO for your instance?
