User access not working

I created a user and the user keeps getting the error: User is not assigned to this application.

I tried recreating her account yet still get the same error. I created another user and that user can login without any issue.

Am I missing something? Is there something the user needs to check on her end? Any answer is very much appreciated. Thank you.

  • Are you talking about adding the user to you Domo instance? Or adding the user to an app? The error sounds like a configuration or permission issue with authentication.

    • Are both user's on the same allowable domain (same email company)?
    • Does the activity log (Admin > Activity Log) show you any details?
    • Check user email and password.
