Amazon Selling Partner Connector

Hi there,

I'm trying to pull the Sales & Traffic by Child report.

I've set up the connector and was able to pull some test data for a specific data range, however the resulting data was not aggregated correctly.

Having changed the configuration to give what I'm after (e.g. by child, by date), I keep receiving the error Failed to execute import successfully.

I chose a single day as to not risk getting a timeout, however I keep receiving the above error. I will need to pull a full history at some point, so if anyone is familiar with this connector please let me know if I'm missing something?

  • It sounds like there's a problem with the connector itself. I suggest reporting the problem to Domo Support.

    You've limited the data to a single data. That should give you a small size dataset. But even with a single-day range, pulling data "By ASIN By Date" can result in a large dataset depending on the number of ASINs and transactions.

    The API or connector may have restrictions on how much data can be pulled at once, even if the date range is small.

  • Thanks - interestingly, it did work when i changed the aggregation level to SKU - but then if a SKU is attributed to multiple ASINs, there are issues with duplicated data.

    For now it's not a major concern as I have an alternate source for the data, but should we rely on this connector for this report in the future, I will definitely follow up with support.
