Domo in Excel/Powerpoint

Hi everyone! I am currently exploring what is the best option for bringing Domo into powerpoint. Currently I am using a mac and want to import tables and cards into Powerpoint but with the tables I can see that powerpoint doesnt give the best formatting options ($, color formatting) the way excel does. Is there a way to bring domo data into excel then link to powerpoint? How does everyone else do it? Note that I am using a Mac.
