I have a simple beastmode that I want to return the current time. The problem, is that it don't update. How can I get the NOW() function to update on some time interval or when you open the card?

Whenever the dataset powering the card with the NOW() function updates the current time will update. So you could set the dataset to update every 15 minutes to get more updated time.
