How can I get my icons back?

All of my icons in Domo are missing, replaced with placeholder boxes. I've tried deleting cookies, reviewing site settings, and changing profiles in Chrome. When I changed profiles yesterday the icons returned, but now they're gone again. No one else on my team is having trouble.

Apologies, this is likely the wrong category.

    • Go to Chrome Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
    • Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data."
    • Click "Clear data."
    • Check for Extensions: Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with the display of web elements.
      • Go to Chrome Settings → Extensions.
      • Disable all extensions and see if the problem persists. If the icons return, enable each extension one by one to identify the culprit.
    • Reset Chrome Settings: Resetting Chrome can help if there's a specific setting causing the issue.
      • Go to Chrome Settings → Advanced → Reset and clean up.
      • Click "Restore settings to their original defaults."

If none of the above steps work, consider reinstalling Chrome.

I had this happen, and clearing the cache wasn't enough for me. Here is what I had to do to fix the issue.

Press Ctrl+Shift+i to open up the inspector. Then right click on the browser refresh button and select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload".

Clicking that and then refreshing the page solved it for me.

  • Control + Shift + Delete to clear your cache maybe. That's a quirk and not Domo. What happens in another browser?
