Embedded App Rules
Where can I learn about embedding apps with links?
My main issue is when a user clicks on it they get an screen on this. I'm trying to understand better how to share content. Do I need to share the group/role or once it is embedded does that mean it is available internally or do I need to put that on Domo Everywhere for anyone to use it?

@Josh_Evans20 okay now I understand. The issue is when a user attempts to access a "user-based privately embedded dashboard" via iframe OR url link and their Domo user does not have access, then DOMO will present them with the message "Sorry. This content is no longer available." in the embedded Iframe.

@Josh_Evans20 there are a few different ways to create an embedded "link" here are 5 different types:
(hyperlink and card interactions)
Which type are you using?
However, if you are embedding a custom Domo app then you want to add the navigation url to "Admin" → "Network Security" → "Custom Apps authorized domains" (see screenshot below).** Was this post helpful? Click 💡/💖/👍/😊 below. **

The second method through the groups is that a better way to share reports to more users with the share link?

@Josh_Evans20 It depends, I would say it's better in the respect that it can be much easier to understand and keep track of. However, if you are trying to use scheduled reports then the second option wouldn't be as intuitive.
