Domo PowerPoint - "Could not render the following cards"

I have a user who keeps getting the error message in the attached image when she tries to refresh a dashboard in her PowerPoint. She has access to all the cards and all of the cards still exist. I tried it and had her co worker try it and did not get that message and it refreshed successfully. I've asked her to open a brand new power point and try it again from there versus the existing one, still waiting on feedback from her. Also, I believe she has many other dashboards on that PowerPoint other than the one she tried to refresh. Is there a limit to how many Dashboards can be in a single PowerPoint?

    I don't think there is a specified limit. But that doesn't mean you aren't hitting an issue where it's overloading. There are many things that could be affecting it. Network issues, domain vs domain connectivity, permissions, etc. I like your suggestion to have her open a new PowerPoint and try again. Start small and work up to try to eliminate the issue.
