How do I get color rules to apply to all pivot table levels?

I want to apply color rules to a pivot table that shows weekly, monthly and quarterly results. I can set the rules to the weekly level, but they are not applying to the monthly or quarterly roll-ups:

You can see above that the %Diff Column is showing the colors, but the '1 Total' columns on the far right do not.

Any suggestions on how to have these rules apply at all levels of the pivot?
