SFTP server connection error

Has anyone else received this error that Domo is ready, but could not connect to a server?

Our IT partners said there are no server issues from the third party system we're connecting to. This connection has been set and running for several months, but started displaying this error 3 days ago and not uploading new data.

    Can you connect to the SFTP server using another tool besides Domo? If you can I'd recommend reaching out to Domo Support
