Connector Issues

Hi,

Any connector guru's about?

Is there any known throttling on connections that anyone is aware of?

I have an issue on a connector that runs every 15 mins to an Oracle DB.

Every so often although the status of the connector changes to importing I can see that no connection is made to our database. It finally connects around 30+ after the initial status change and then grabs the data.

I do have another connector setup to the same db that runs fine every 15 mins and each time connects instantly to our db.

I don't understand why one is fine but the other isn't.

Any help would be appreciated.

    I'd recommend logging a ticket with Domo Support to have them investigate their connector as they have access to the actual source code of the connector.
