Labeling the Target Value in a Filled Gauge Chart

I am trying to create a label for the Target Value.

Example: 250 - i want this to display inside the Gauge - or at the Target line as "Goal: 250"

Using the Data Label filed in the Target Value does not accomplish this.

Any ideas how to make this happen?

The above will get your first label. As for the tick mark this cannot be labeled.

@Andy_A You can add a title for your target under Chart Properties > Target > Label. That label will appear above the grey target value inside your dial
