Is it possible to add the line into this chart but won't affect the bar charts (I am using the series to show the 3 different category)

The Line bar chart is set to take the first item in your series and make that a line and everything else becomes part of the stacked bar. You can read more how it works in this KB article.

You would likely need to restructure your data if your line was a value that is not part of the series.
