Job Description:

Skilled BI tool DOMO, SQL and Smartsheet, Responsible for supporting the company-wide metrics and reporting strategy and support coordination of requirement gathering, data collection and reporting of executive level KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Develop, design and maintain secure data visualizations and reports using DOMO

Designs formats for data studies and analyses. Works with internal customer to determine additional metrics needed.

Designs complex systems, databases and reports to analyze and evaluate data from multiple repositories.

Works with Advisors to review and interpret data results. Develops written narratives, table charts and graphs to display data.

Works closely with cross functional leadership to understand Senior Level KPI needs, and provides actionable insights based on current, historical, and long-term data trends.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including handling of PHI and PII

Create and manage secure dashboards for various stakeholders and departments.

Develop SQL scripts and queries to extract, manipulate and analyze large and complex data sets while ensuring data privacy and security.

Optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability while ensuring data privacy and security.

Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights while ensuring data privacy and security.

Design and develop dashboard and projects on Smartsheet

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong expertise in any BI Tool DOMO, Smartsheet and SQL

Experience with data visualization and reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with data modeling and analysis

Familiarity with database design and optimization

Experience with ETL and data warehousing

Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, including handling of PHI and PII

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Understanding of metrics and statistical calculations strongly preferred

Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills preferred.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
