Sharing Dashboard to users without Domo license

Is it possible to share dashboards to people without a Domo license, but not using public links?

    You can create the user as a Social User, which is free, and then share the dashboard with them via Buzz.

    @MarkSnodgrass How do you share dashboards in Buzz? I can see an option to share cards or files, but not dashboards (or sometimes they are called pages).
