Facebook Advanced Ads Connector not returning Conversion Values?

Anyone having issues with Facebook Advanced Ads connector? We have been working with Support but we are not getting anywhere.


I have these fields selected: “fields”:“account_name, adgroup_id, adgroup_name, campaign_group_id, campaign_group_name, campaign_id, clicks, conversion_values, conversions, date_start, date_stop, frequency, impressions, spend”.

conversion_values and conversions are the only selected fields that the Facebook Insights API isn’t returning data.

When looking at the Facebook UI (Ads manager) we clearly have conversions and conversion values.

Domo support does not know why FB’s API is not returning these fields.Has anyone ran into this problem before? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

    The conversions you are looking for are most likely here:
    actions: The total number of actions people took that are attributed to your ads. Actions may include engagement, clicks or conversions.
    action_values: The total value of all conversions attributed to your ads.
