Amazon Redshift Connector cannot Authenticate

We are trying to connect to a client's Redshift environment. IPs have been whitelisted on their side. But we are still getting an Authentication error. I've got a screenshot of the configuration page.

Hi Anthony, did you ever get this one figured out? (no screenshot was attached)
There are a solid handful of settings that need to be handled properly. Did your Redshift DBA review all of the steps in the power up guide? Was SSH identified if needed? Best advice is to double check each component of the setup and try to mimic everything that works in the Amazon Redshift Console.
I've been lucky enough to have assistance from some good DBAs who configured the Redshift environments that I've connected to...definitely takes persistence & attention to detail.
