MoM, YoY, YTD on same store growth for different upload dates
Hey Everyone -
Looking for help on how to compare same store growth on a MoM, YoY, and YTD when comparing various upload dates. EX: Athens/UGA is a submarket with with a 28 properties that we have collected market rent data on for 5 months now. Would like to compare December->November/January/December 2021 (if we had the data).
Here is a screenshot of my pivot table needing ability to sort by top performers on the aforementioned date ranges.

I’d recommend utilizing a date dimension dataset with different offsets so you have more control of your PoP values and it will allow you to have multiple types of periods o. The same graph.
