MySQL Protocol Version Error
I'm trying to connect to a MySQL Account. When I enter in my credentials and CA Cert I get the error
"Failed to authenticate. Verify the credentials and try again. Error setting up SQL connection. Could not connect to: Received fatal alert: protocol_version"
I've verified the user is using TSL v 1.2. I'm also able to connect via MySQL Workbench, PHPStorm, DBeaver, etc and all of those clients work without issue.
I've also ensured that all of DOMO's IPs have been whitelisted.
What do I need to do here to connect?

The first thing to check would be to see if your company's firewall is allowing Domo to connect. There are a list of IP Addresses that need to be whitelisted. You can find the list here:
I would verify that these addresses are allowed and then go from there.

Yes, I went back and verified that all of DOMO's IP's have been whitelisted for this server.
