Hello Team, Quick question. If I enable okta login for a user by adding user to okta group which has access to domo app... Can User be created in Domo even he or she has not even logged in once?

Domo by default does just in time user creation when someone logs in in an SSO or similar environment.

if you want to make someone pre-emptively, you could use Bulk Add Users provided you have the right email (i believe) https://knowledge.domo.com/Administer/Managing_Users_and_Groups/01Adding_Users_to_Domo
