Why “Date Range” is from Apr 7 2000 to Apr 7 2000

After I ran data collection via Jira restful API to Domo, I found the “Date Range” is from Apr 7 2000 to Apr 7 2000 which we didn't use Jira yet, so we can't see any data from dashboard. And wether which range is changed, it will return to "Apr 7 2000 to Apr 7 2000". Does anyone meet the same issue?
