Campaign App functionality

I am doing a study on Campaigns app, when compared to alerts, may I know how is the app different in functionality?

What I understand is Campaigns app and Alerts in domo both has scheduling, metric change alerts etc., is it just the filters that vary in functionality?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

The Campaigns app is intended to be used for e-mail marketing campaigns while making use of your data in Domo. Think of it like a Constant Contact version of Domo. Your Domo CSM should be able to set up an in-depth look into it. You can also look at the KB documentation here to better understand its features.
