Can be domo be installed in local network. I know this is not possible as domo is totally cloud based software.
But please let me know if domo can be installed locally and managed by our local Infra team.

No, unfortunately Domo cannot be run on local infrastructure. you can use federated query to keep all your data on premise, but that's as close as it gets.
