CSV Advanced - connection error - "Could not load known_hosts"

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a CSV Advanced connector to pull in data from a client.

The client has whitelisted the IP addresses per the documentation, provided a login ID/password, and provided the external URLs for the SFTP. I also have an exact file name I can choose the connector to look for.

I'm able to get the CSV Advanced connector to run, but keep getting this error: "Could not load known_hosts"

I've also tried the CSV-SFTP connector and got two different errors: "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)" and also "java.net.UnknownHostException: mpcftp.mgroupnet.com"

Anyone else have this error before? Was it due to the connector or due to the SFTP server?

@user08142 2 questions and you've probably already looked here but just a thought:

1. Have you tested the connection to the SFTP server with something other than Domo to ensure the credentials were valid?

2. Have you opened the csv file to ensure that it was saved as a csv and doesn't just look like one?

May not help as I've not run into this, just trying to think of what I would check.

We are going to have to ask our client to add our own company IP (per DOMO's feedback). I've also noticed that there's IP addresses on this recent article (https://knowledge.domo.com/@api/deki/pages/5028/pdf/Whitelisting%2bIP%2bAddresses%2bfor%2bConnectors.pdf?stylesheet=default), but not in the CSV advanced documentation (https://knowledge.domo.com/Connect/Connecting_to_Data_with_Connectors/Configuring_Each_Connector/Connectors_for_File_Retrieval/CSV_Advanced_Connector).

Have you come across this discrepancy before by chance?

Also, the CSV file is definitely a csv. Our client sent a test back in March via email, so that shouldn't be the issue. Thank you!
