Ivinex Records Report Doesn't Work

 Hello, 

 

I'm unable to get the Ivinex Records Report to work. The other Reports work as expected. Domo says that it was successful but doesn't bring back any data. The expected API Query using the same credentials works fine through another tool. Can someone help me troubleshoot?

    In this type of situation, I would recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager for assistance.  They will be able to help point you to the right people within Domo that can help you troubleshoot this connection!
