Ivinex Records Report Doesn't Work




I'm unable to get the Ivinex Records Report to work. The other Reports work as expected. Domo says that it was successful but doesn't bring back any data. The expected API Query using the same credentials works fine through another tool. Can someone help me troubleshoot?
