Unable to Load Dataflow

Hello!

I've recently had a few DataFlows transferred over to me (so the ownership has been changed to me from a previous owner). However, when that has been done and I attempt to edit the dataflow, I am taken to a page that reads "Unable to load Dataflow."

Is there any way to get around this problem? It is preventing me from being able to make edits or see what edits were done to the dataflow.

Have both the dataflow itself and the dataflow output dataset been transferred to you, or just the dataflow output dataset? It sounds like the latter to me.

Thanks - good point! just checked to verify and both the dataflow itself and the master dataset that it orignates from, and that is pulled in with MySQL SSH, have been transferred over to me.

I think I may open a ticket with the Support Team to look into this issue!
