Daily Schedules Reports for Previous Day (Skip Weekends)

Is there a way to schedule a daily report for a card that shows the previous day, but skips weekends (Sat/Sun)? So that Monday would show the previous Friday's information? I know how to schedule the report, I just can't find a way to have it skip the weekend (using the Previous options in the report).
