Is there a way to upload custimized picture and show different pictures based on data values?

This depends on what kind of card you are using.  You can use html coding in a table card.  This means you can use a case statement to bring in an image based on data values.

 

case when `Profit`<0 then

else

the src=section would just need to be whatever image you were looking for
