Workbench 3 upload issues?

Is anyone having issues of workbench appearing to upload data but the cards that they job powers, are empty?

 

We've noticed this a few times in the last week or so since transitioning to the new WB 3.x.

We ended up resolving this. We changed the account password that it was using and the service itself needed to be restarted in order for it to stick on newly created jobs with the new account password.

We have been using WB 3 for a while and haven't had issues.
