Netsuite Analytics Connect

Looking for guidance on what other users are doing with Netsuite Analytics Connect. For example, I have a table of transactionline and transactionaccountingline. Each of these tables is 9mm rows and I need to join them together to get a master transaction table.

I was hoping to do this in the native connector but it looks like you can't join tables together in the source ( sql below )

Any thoughts from Suite Analytics users ? I'm just looking for a way to reduce rows / optimize credit usage. If there is a way to do this in Netsuite then feed to the Domo connector I'm open to that as well.

SELECT

TL.TRANSACTION
,TL.ID
,TL.UNIQUEKEY
,AL.ACCOUNT
,AL.POSTING
,AL.DEBIT
,AL.CREDIT
,AL.AMOUNT
,AL.NETAMOUNT

FROM TRANSACTIONLINE AS TL

LEFT JOIN TRANSACTIONACCOUNTINGLINE AS AL
ON TL.TRANSACTION=AL.TRANSACTION
AND TL.ID = AL.TRANSACTIONLINE

  • Have you tried using the TBA connector with a custom saved search?

  • @GrantSmith the saved search connector is terribly slow. I've seen run times of > 12 hours for under a million rows so that isn't an option

  • @calvert_schaefer looks like you have potentially found a solution but if you are still having issues let me know, I went through a lot of pain getting NetSuite and DOMO connected through Analytics connect but feel like I have a pretty good grasp on it now.
