Disabling email notifications for users in a certain group?

in Cards, Dashboards, Stories 
Is this possible?  What options do we have to restrict emails that get sent when sharing dashboards / cards or alternatively can we setup special rules to restrict which groups can share and be shared to?

    This is about the best you can do right now, Admin > Company Settings > Display Share Email Notifications
