FORM BUILDER ISSUE

Good Afternoon,

We were doing some spring cleaning for our Datasets and a couple of our forms were deleted. We are trying to rebuild our dashboard with what we currently see in Form Builder, there we have a DEV and UAT forms, when we follow our steps to save the form in our dashboard we are getting a blank form. I am attaching the simple doc that we use to save a form to any dashboard but we are getting a blank form. What are we missing in the process using a new form or do we have to create a blank form from scratch on the dashboard?

    We were able to solve this by doing the following:
    -Downloaded a new version of form viewer and used the sample form as seed for our form
    -When then were able to save as a new form and confirmed the form selection so that the form was usable as a form
    -Edited the card and changed AppDate/UserSettings/FormSessions/StyleConfig and made sure we used our old GUID from deleted form
    -Then updated all the datasets still in editing the card (ExportPreviousResponsItems, exportcolumns, exportfilters, exportforms, exportgroups,exportitems, exportsections, exportsubmittedusers, exportedtags.
    -Finally we added the formatting.
    I don't know how to close this question but we fixed our problem.
