Postgres Error authentication 10 type not supported

Hi. We recently needed to update the database passwords in our account setting. We have two users who have created accounts to the same database. One user's account is working fine. The second user is getting the following error:

Error setting up SQL connection. The authentication type 10 is not supported. Check that you have configured the pg_hba.conf file to include the client's IP address or subnet, and that it is using an authentication scheme supported by the driver.

Nothing changed about the account setup for this second user other than the database password. They tried creating a new account and are receiving the same error. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

    @kenyayvette Yes, the Accounts section of the Data Center it will show how many datasets are associated with that account. If you hover over "DataSets" on the right side and click "Change Owner" you should see a new dialogue to either transfer the datasets to a new owner or new account.

    @kenyayvette Do the users have the same database access? If so, is the user with the working account able to share the Domo account with the other?

    The users do have the same access, and yes, the one with the working account can share with the other. I'm assuming the solution in that case would just be to use the shared working account. The problem is the user with the non-working account has over 100 datasets that use those account credentials. Is there a way to bulk update which account is used, then?
