Condition Statement needed for ETL magic

Example

Column 1 have list of Contact ID's

Colum 2-First/Last Name

Column 3- have a list of Opportunity ID's

I need help getting a Yes or NO statement based on

Contact ID whose attached to the Opp ID

Any help is greatl appreciated

    Are Contact ID and Opportunity ID a list of CSV values or do you have one record per each contact & opportunity?

    How are you defining based on your data that the contact is attached to the Opp ID?

    Are Contact ID and Opportunity ID a list of CSV value: YES

    Do you have one record per each contact & opportunity: YES

    It's a final list pulled from 1 of our system which provide us all Contact whose attached to the Opp ID, But i wanted to create a column with that logic or a filter to quickly identity if " Any contact is present" with a yes or No
