What is the connection mechanism used by pydomo, and what port does it use?

We are having difficulty connecting to Domo datasets using pydomo. At present we're using a client ID and secret to connect but it's not working - any ideas what else we should try?

It's throwing an error on attempting to connect and we're not sure if it's a firewall issue or something else.
ERROR - error occurred in uploading data into DOMO ('Connection aborted.', ConnectionResetError(10054, 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host', None, 10054, None)
The connection details we're providing are client ID and secret, but if this is a firewall issue we may need to supply the port number.
